Day 1 of Oracle OpenWorld 2017

The biggest day of the Oracle calendar has arrived.

Oracle OpenWorld 2017 officially starts today!

The show kicks off with ton’s of great technical sessions selected by the Oracle User Groups including several great sessions on Oracle Database 12c, Data Management and Database In-Memory.

  • 10:45 AM – 11:30 AM EOUC Database ACES Share Their Favorite Database Things delivered by some of my favorite european aces including Debra Lilley, Christian Antognini and more in Marriott Marquis (Golden Gate Level) – Golden Gate C1/C2
  • 11:45 AM – 12:30 PM Oracle Database In-Memory: Adventures with SwingBench TPC-DS delivered by Jim Czuprynski in Moscone South – Room 153
  • 3:45 PM – 4:30 PM Adaptive Plans on Oracle Database 12c by Mauro Pagano in Moscone South – Room 155
  • 3:45 PM – 4:30 PM High-Availability Oracle Data Integration Without the Need for J2EE by Holger Friedrich in Marriott Marquis (Yerba Buena Level) – Salon 12

And of course, Larry’s keynote is this evening 5:00pm – 7:00pm, Moscone North. A must see, as he is going to share details on the Oracle Autonomous Database—the world’s first “self-driving” database to get the show started!
